How to buy

How do I register on the website?

Click on Register at the top of the page, fill in your details and email, and follow the steps to complete your registration. Registration is completely free.

I forgot my password. How do I recover it?

Click on Login at the top of the page, then "Forgot my password" and enter your registered email. You will receive an email within 48 hours (check your spam folder). If it doesn't arrive, write to suporte@protune.com.br.

How do I update my registration data?

Log in, go to "My account" and click on "Registration data". Edit the desired information and save.

Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept:

  • Pix — 5% discount for cash payment
  • Credit card — Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Elo, and Discover, up to 12 installments (up to 6 interest-free installments and 7 to 12 installments with interest)
  • Bank slip — 5% discount for cash payment. Due in up to 2 business days. Payment confirmed in up to 3 business days.
Can I pay in installments?

Yes. With a credit card, we offer up to 12 installments (up to 6 interest-free installments and from 7 installments with interest).

Are my card details saved?

No. Card details are only used at the time of purchase and discarded immediately after payment confirmation. All data is transmitted with encryption.

What happens if I don't pay the bank slip?

The order is automatically canceled after the bank slip's due date, at no cost to you.

Orders

How long until my order appears in "My Orders"?

The order automatically appears in "My account" immediately after the purchase. You also receive a confirmation email at your registered address.

How do I know if my order has been approved?

You will receive an email with the approval or rejection. In "My account", the order status is also visible. In case of "payment refused", send the proof to suporte@protune.com.br.

Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Fixed shipping rate for all of Brazil, according to the order value:

  • Orders up to R$ 499.99 — R$ 25.00
  • Orders from R$ 500.00 to R$ 999.99 — R$ 35.00
  • Orders from R$ 1,000.00 — free shipping

What carriers do you use?

We work with Sedex and PAC from Correios (Brazilian Post Office) and also with partner carriers, depending on the destination and product type.

How do I track my order?

On the day the order is dispatched, we send the tracking code by email. You can track it through the Correios or carrier website.

What if I'm not home to receive the delivery?

Correios makes three delivery attempts at different times. If delivery is not possible, the merchandise returns to us and we charge a new re-shipping fee.

Exchanges and returns

Can I cancel the purchase?

Yes. According to the Consumer Defense Code, you have 7 calendar days from the receipt to cancel the purchase and request a return. Send an email to suporte@protune.com.br with the order number.

How does exchange due to defect work?

If the product arrived with a defect, write to suporte@protune.com.br informing the order number, purchase date, and item reference. The analysis period is 15 days after Pro Tune receives the product.

Does the product need to be sealed for return?

For withdrawal (7 days), yes — the product must be in its sealed packaging, with no signs of use, accompanied by the invoice. For defects, the product can be open, but it will be evaluated by the technical team.

Open a ticket at hs.protune.com.br/support. This is the fastest and most organized way to receive technical assistance.
