Delivery Policy
This page explains the delivery times, methods, and conditions for orders placed at Pro Tune. Delivery times are calculated from the payment confirmation and may vary depending on the location.
Shipping table
Flat rate shipping throughout Brazil, according to the order value:
- Orders up to R$ 499.99 — starting from R$ 25.00
- Orders from R$ 500.00 to R$ 999.99 — starting from R$ 35.00
- Orders over R$ 1,000.00 — free shipping
The exact amount is automatically calculated at checkout; simply enter the destination zip code.
Shipping methods
Sedex (Correios)
Express service from Correios, ideal for urgent shipments. Serves all of Brazil, with delivery to the registered address. In some rural areas, pickup at the nearest agency may be required with prior notice.
PAC (Correios)
Economical service from Correios, with home delivery throughout Brazil. In cases of address discrepancy, it may be necessary to pick up at the agency, always with prior notice.
Carrier
For some destinations and products, we use partner carriers. The delivery time varies according to the destination state and the selected carrier.
Tracking
As soon as we dispatch the order, you will receive the tracking code by email. You can track it on the Correios or carrier website.
Delivery attempts
Correios makes up to 3 delivery attempts at the registered address, at different times. If delivery is not possible, the merchandise will be returned to Pro Tune.
Rejected merchandise, with insufficient address, recipient absence, or returned for reasons not attributable to Pro Tune will incur a new shipping charge for redelivery.
Delays
Delivery times may be subject to changes due to contingencies of Correios and carriers (strikes, weather conditions, regional holidays). We ask for your understanding and, if there is a significant delay, please contact us at comercial@protune.com.br.
Payment policy and order release
- Pix and credit card: order released for shipping after automatic payment confirmation (generally on the same day)
- Boleto (bank slip): order released after bank clearing, which may take up to 3 business days
